The Level 3 Diploma in Business and Management is designed to offer learners a much broader and more comprehensive experience of business. The Level 3 Diploma in Business and Management requires learners to study basic leadership and management principles, which can then be developed further. For learners looking to build towards higher education study in business management or careers in management, this qualification offers the opportunity to both understand the interrelationship between core business activities and leading/managing, and to explore that relationship in other business areas. The course is for students who are 19 years of age or older on the day that the course starts due to eligibility for Advanced Learner Loan criteria.

Thrive’s Standard Course is a 28-36 week program (including induction) covering a classroom based learning for 5 days per week. The course is a full time ‘intense’ short course and intended to cover 9 units overall with 720 Guided Learning Hours
Full-Time In Attendance Learning (short course). All modules are covered within a classroom environment in Sheffield, 4-5 days per week from 9am-3pm for the duration of the course.
