iCQ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to work effectively in the Adult Care sector. It is aimed at those with some previous work experience or a Level 2 qualification in Adult Care, and is particularly relevant for those in roles requiring Leadership and Team Management. The qualification covers a range of topics including person-centered practices, communication, duty of care, personal development, safeguarding, and promoting health and wellbeing.
Thrive’s Standard Course is a 22-26 week program covering 430 Guided Learning Hours throughout the duration of the course.
Full-Time In Attendance Learning (short course). All modules are covered within the students workplace.

Successful learners can progress to further qualifications within the healthcare sector or different areas of the industry regarding end-of-life pathway care in adults. Learners can also use the eligibility for entrance for a higher education establishment qualification.
